This high-intensity outdoor class wakes you up with a great strength
and cardiovascular challenge. A taxing workout of all major muscle
groups, this class is not for the faint of heart!

Summer Sports Camps for Student Athletes
7th - 12th grade athletes, dancers, and students
Train with qualified personal trainers to improve coordination, balance,
stability, and agility for athletes of all levels. Participants will also be
instructed on healthy nutrition and supplements appropriate for
growing bones.
$160/session (4 weeks)
7th - 8th grades: Introduction to weight training and proper form and
technique.
9th - 12th grades: Work with trainers to build muscle mass, speed, and strength in a safe and healthy way.

Fit & Fabulous Summer Camp for Girls
Wild Basin Fitness is pleased to announce a new summer program aimed at middle-school and
high-school girls. Led by trainer Julie Leavell, Fit & Fabulous will focus on building good self-esteem and
body image along with teaching girls how to live a healthy lifestyle.
Weekly activities will vary and include components of yoga, weight, cardio, and functional training. We will
have weekly discussion topics about healthy living, including eating habits, stress management, and body
image. We hope to create an environment that teaches young women to build themselves and others up
instead of tearing each other down.
Fit & Fabulous is open to all fitness levels, both athletes and non-athletes, and will be divided into
appropriate age groups. Group size will be limited. If groups do not fill-up, they may be combined or
cancelled. If you have a group of girls that would like to workout together, let us know and we can try to put a
private group together for you.
Cost: $80/session (2 weeks; 4 training sessions)
